About the Songs
Song Revisions and Express Projects
> Prior to completion, we can edit up to four lines of lyrics for an additional $50.00. All recorded music is final (no exceptions).
a. Lyrical edits can extend the due date by an additional five to seven days (Please keep this in mind when speaking with your composer about the due date).
> If you need your song completed before the standard seven days, that can be arranged. Please discuss any needs in this regard BEFORE ordering your song:
a. We can expedite a song for you in three days at the additional charge of $150.00.
b. Edits of any kind will not be offered for any reason when a "Rush" is placed on an order.
c. When speaking with your composer, please take all the time you need to ensure you receive the exact song you want to receive.

Who Retains the Rights?
> The composer will retain all publication rights to the written and recorded work.
(This is non-negotiable.)

> The song you purchase cannot be recorded, altered, sold, uploaded, streamed or distributed for any reason without the express, written consent of the composer.
> All songs written by Nightingale Songs will be registered and copyrighted by the composer through ASCAP.

> You may request to have your song streamed by Nightingale Songs. We can make your song available to over 18 streaming platforms for an additional fee of $50.00.
